Shipping time:

 

 At Zilzom we don't keep stock ready. Around 70% of our garments are made-to-order and customized as per order. If the order is already available with us, it will be delivered within 7-10 days from your order date.

 

For customization and made-to-order pieces, each fabric is hand sourced especially for you and further printed, embroidered, tailored accordingly depending on the style and design. It takes us about 15-40 days to deliver it to you.

Mode of delivery:

 

In Ladakh, we only have India Post service as a reliable mode of delivery. We would be dispatching your order through India Post and we will provide the tracking details for the same.
